Florida Lease Agreement Template
This Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between ______________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord"), and ______________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant"), effective as of ______________________. This Agreement is subject to the laws of the State of Florida, including but not limited to the Florida Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (Part II, Chapter 83, Florida Statutes).
Premises

Requests for necessary repairs should be made to the Landlord in writing.
Alterations and Improvements
The Tenant shall not make any alterations, improvements, or additions to the Premises without the Landlord's prior written consent. Upon termination of the lease, any such approved alterations or improvements will become the property of the Landlord, unless otherwise agreed.
Subletting
Subletting the Premises without the Landlord's written consent is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida.
