Florida Independent Contractor Agreement
This Independent Contractor Agreement (the "Agreement") is made pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida and is entered into between ____________________ (the "Client") with a principal place of business located at ____________________ and ____________________ (the "Contractor"), with a mailing address of ____________________. The Client and the Contractor may be collectively referred to as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party".

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, conducted in the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
8. Termination

9. Entire Agreement
