Now, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
- Hold Harmless. The Releasor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney fees) that arise from or in connection with ___________________________________________________________________________, to the fullest extent permitted by law. - Entire Agreement.
